Job Posting for Assistant Store Manager at US Auto Sales
Position Summary
USAuto Assistant Sales Managers are responsible for leading, influencing and managing a team of direct reports to successfully meet/exceed sales goals at their respective location. Maintaining focus on the “Customers Bill of Rights” is critical.
Responsibilities
Overseeing a team of sales professionals by providing leadership, training, mentoring, coaching and development;
Assists in preparing developmental plans;
Reviews and closes vehicle contracts and vehicle loans;
Resolves all concerns in a professional & timely manner;
Provides support when necessary to assist, or close any deals;
Responsible for successfully overseeing all aspects of the respective location;
Participates in special projects; The assistant sales manager will report to the Sales Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years Automotive Sales Management experience
Strong knowledge of Automotive industry
Knowledgeable of Willing to learn product knowledge on a variety of vehicles
