What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Advocacy Team Representative position at US Auto Sales?
Position Summary
The Business Development Center Agent is responsible for supporting dealership personnel by educating potential customers about US Auto products and services via the internet and phone. The incumbent will pre-qualify and schedule dealership appointments for customers to allow for a quick and seamless purchasing experience.
- Communicates with customers to identify purchasing needs.
- Builds a rapport with customers to build a robust network of referrals.
- Responds to internet leads in a timely manner by phone or email.
- Produces at least 50 sales per month on internet leads.
- Answers sales phone calls and sets a minimum of 360 appointments per month.
- Completes phone applications and warm transfers with potential customers.
- Offers additional services and products to customer during pre-qualification call.
- Completes a minimum of 150 pre-qualification applications per month.
- Makes at least 115 daily outbound phone calls to potential customers.
- Follows up with customers on a regular basis to encourage a visit to dealership.
- Keeps abreast of available inventory to provide accurate information to potential customers.
- Works cooperatively in a teamwork environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1 - 2 years or BDC, Call Center, and/or sales experience OR 2 - 4 years of customer service experience
- Computer literacy to include data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and has the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
Preferred
- Automotive BDC experience.
- Bi-lingual
