The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, have excellent service orientation and communication skills, and pay strong attention to detail.

  • Prepare various motions and notices such as motions for clerk and court defaults, motions for summary judgment, and final judgments of foreclosure.
  • Prepare various affidavits such as affidavits of indebtedness and affidavits of military status.
  • Scheduling and confirming hearings and mediations.
  • E-file via the California Court’s E-filing Portals.
  • Update client systems such as BKFS, Tempo and ADR.
  • Submit documents for client review and execution.
  • Run SCRA & PACER searches at various milestones.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in foreclosure
  • Experience in handling foreclosure cases independently; Cradle-to-grave (from beginning to end) experienced is preferred but consideration will be given to qualitative foreclosure experience
  • Energetic, organized, detail oriented and disciplined with the willingness to work hard
  • Eager to serve clients' needs, both externally and internally
  • Creative in problem-solving and takes initiative when issues arise, with ability to use good judgment or obtain direction or clarification where needed
  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations
  • Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance
  • Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities

Required Education and Training

  • Associate’s Degree Preferred
  • Basic principles of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control strongly preferred
