Nimble Health is seeking a results focused RN operations leader who will champion innovation in member engagement and satisfaction. As a member of the call center operations leadership team, this successful candidate will be an active participant in business planning discussions, have a passion for developing others and be an advocate for their team.
Candidates should have experience in leading people and processes in a contact center environment, a track record of exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) and the ability to identify and remove barriers to customer and team satisfaction.
Success in the role will require the incumbent to:
Monitor, analyze and deliver results to our clients
Have a relentless focus on continuous improvement
Create a culture which fosters employee engagement and a professional, inclusive workplace
Identifies training needs and partners with the training department
Holds team leaders accountable for individual and team performance and improvement
Work with both on-site and remote employees
Retains and develops team members. Develops and leverages incentives to engage and motivate
Directs, guides and influences staff through effective communication, meetings and trainingProfessional Experience/Qualifications:
RN/BSN degree with health care operations experience a plus
5 years of supervisory experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as, interpersonal and customer service skills
Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to influence and develop others
This full time position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement. Competitive compensation.
