Job Summary: The Regional Office Manager is responsible for operations leadership resulting in improved patient satisfaction, increased clinical and professional revenues, improved staff efficiency and reduced costs. The manager has the overall responsibility of the day-to-day front office operations of the three South offices and the clinical operations of the locally located doctors and their teams.
Essential Job Functions:
- Ensures “world class” customer service is delivered on a consistent basis as evidenced by company standards and policies.
- Provide leadership, direction and coordination of departments relating to patient care.
- Responsible for personnel management including selecting and retaining staff; setting expectations; facilitating development; and evaluating performance.
- Manage physicians’ and front office staffing schedules as evidenced by physician schedules on NextGen.
- Is key resource for all South offices and is responsible for smooth and efficient daily office operations.
- Overall responsibility for ensuring the facilities reflect the level of standards set by the company as evidenced by company standards and policies.
- Works in partnership with other office managers and Director of Clinical Operations for continued improvement and application of company wide policies and image.
- Smart, results oriented and high energy professional with a track record of success.
- Strong work ethic, hands-on individual who can achieve long term systematic process improvements.
- Demonstrates extremely high sense of urgency; capable of handling multiple priorities and extensive time demands.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The South Regional Office Manager carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees and addressing staff complaints and resolving problems. Responsibilities also include being an expert for all scheduling policies, inclusive of training, optimizing schedules and phone call management and etiquette.
Position Type and Expected Hours:
This is a full-time salaried position.
Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Salaried staff may be required to work beyond their set schedule due to business needs and expectations.
Travel:
Travel is required.
Required Education and Experience:
Proficiency in clinical operations in a medical practice.
Basic Microsoft Word, Excel, and technologically advanced communication systems and devices.
A high school graduate or equivalent
Prior medical supervisory experience
High-end customer service experience
