What You Will Do
- Collaborate with location managers for event planning and coordination of marketing events, helping to develop timelines and budget plans, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
- Support the execution of events by assisting with on-site setup, registration, and coordination of event activities. Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors and partners, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Assist in preparing post-event reports summarizing key metrics, outcomes, and lessons learned.
- Manage division-specific programs, which may include distribution of season tickets, perk account management and analysis, etc.
- Coordinate ordering and shipping of promotional merchandise to various locations. Assists in gathering and analyzing market research data to understand target audiences, competitors, and industry trends, providing valuable insights for marketing strategies.
- Complete various marketing operation projects with the Marketing Manager
- Assists in the creation of marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, promotional materials, and social media content pre- and post- event, ensuring consistency with the brand's identity.
- Help manage social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Monitor and track event-related metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support the execution of events by assisting with on-site setup, registration, and coordination of event activities. Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors and partners, providing assistance and information as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and managing correspondence.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in marketing, event coordination or administrative support role preferred.
- Understanding of fundamental marketing concepts and knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Familiarity with market research methodologies, including quantitative and qualitative research techniques, data analysis, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in using various software tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, market trends, and business needs while maintaining a positive attitude and delivering high-quality work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and effectively in marketing materials, presentations, and interactions with team members.
