Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Transformation & User Experience, the Relationship Manager, Trademark Digital Products will own the digital tool created by our Trademark practice and will be the primary point of contact for clients using the product, working closely with them to understand their needs, provide training and support, and collaborate with our product team to ensure that our tool meets their evolving needs. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, guiding them through the implementation process, and working with them to optimize their use of the tool. This position will reside in our Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and lead monthly operational reviews that include best practices, user feedback and performance metrics. Provide feedback to practice group leadership and product management on product needs or trends as represented by our user base. Manage the training, onboarding and user support. Design and implement operating models that will drive the future improvements of the Trademark practice digital products. Develop a close understanding of the trademark registration process. Maintain industry expertise; keep abreast of trends and new ideas in the areas of trademark registration. Provide direct input into the development, implementation and launch of new trademark digital solutions. Monitor client usage and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Advocate for clients internally, ensuring that their feedback and needs are heard and incorporated into the product development roadmap. Continuously monitor user satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
