We specialize in delivering in-home advanced wound care treatment directly to patients in the comfort of their own homes. Our team of nurse practitioners are wound experts, proficient in employing on-site advanced wound treatments to address complex wounds.
This is a part-time remote role for a Nurse Practitioner at U.S. Wound. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing personalized medical concierge services to seniors with chronic wounds. This includes delivering in-home advanced wound care treatment, assessing and diagnosing wounds, developing treatment plans, and monitoring patient progress. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure optimal wound healing and patient satisfaction.
- Experience and proficiency in wound care management and treatment
- Knowledge of advanced wound care techniques and technologies
- Experience in assessing and diagnosing wounds
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license and certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
- Experience in geriatric care is a plus
- Flexibility in scheduling and availability
