Here’s the Gist: Wolfspeed is seeking a strategic Finance Leader, who will support various functions working out of the corporate headquarters in Durham, NC. This position will have a meaningful contribution to Wolfspeed’s strategy and report to the North Carolina Fab Controller in Operations Finance. The individual will perform a variety of duties, primarily focused on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and period-end close. The Day-to-Day: Partner with various business units to improve financial visibility and decision making Ownership of the quarterly budgeting and monthly close / forecasting processes Prepare monthly / quarterly departmental expense data analysis, including budget to actual spend analysis and preparing any necessary correcting journal entries Build and maintain financial models in support of Factory Operations, including cost roadmaps, factory labor models, ROI analyses, and valuation models in support of strategic initiatives Prepare and maintain other regular financial and operating reports as deemed necessary Provide analysis and support for strategic opportunities that improve the business units’ and the Company’s operational and financial performance, and work to implement necessary changes to achieve success This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting 3-5 years of experience in Accounting & Finance roles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and written / verbal communication skills This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations.
