Vendor Management - Senior Specialist

Responsible for developing and maintaining the data model relative to Vendor Management while leveraging its information to drive risk mitigation, vendor performance, and cost optimization. We will count on you to: Lead the structure and administration of vendor data to assist in the development of processes that promote vendor relationships across the contract lifecycle to control costs, drive service excellence, and mitigate risk. Responsible for the collection and tracking of key vendor performance indicators to implement and publish reporting for the enterprise. Support existing vendor relationships and implement processes to ensure a quality and streamlined customer service experience within the enterprise for vendor reviews and renewals. Provide analytics on critical and/or technical vendors to internal working groups to assist in their execution of regular business reviews and performance meetings. Coordinate the execution of all Vendor Management governance activities. Monitor contractual agreements, collaborating with Business Owners, to assure vendors are effectively managed and that strategic opportunities are leveraged. Identify potential risks to company posed by critical vendors to mitigate business disruption and/or penalties. What you need to have: BA/BS degree. 5 years’ experience in the vendor management field. Proven ability to build effective business relationships with vendors, stakeholders, and key decision makers.
