Manage client requests and processes What you need to have: Prior customer servicing experience is required Experience using and enhancing Excel calculator worksheets Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence at all levels in the organization Excellent organizational, time management, execution, and tracking skills. Strong attention to detail and solid follow through, with the ability to set and deliver on priorities and multiple deadlines.
