Nexperia’s A&L Business Group: The Analog & Logic IC’s Business Group within Nexperia has 3 separate Product Groups focused in multiple product areas. Nexperia’s Logic product group has been involved in shipping Standard Logic products to the market for over 50 years shipping more than 9 Billion units in 2022, which is more than any other competitor within this market. From this significant market position, BG A&L is making significant new product investments in the Analog Signal Chain Market as well as the Power Management ICs market. Beyond a leading portfolio of Standard Logic devices, BG A&L is developing next-generation voltage translators, precision analog switches and multiplexers, digital isolators, I2C and I3C interface controllers, load switches, high-side switches, eFuse controllers, ideal diodes, Gate Drivers, integrated Smart Power Switches (DrMOS), and Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Harvesting devices. What you will do: Accountable to act as a technical leader within Nexperia and his/her IC Technology Domain; demonstrating an outstanding record of technical accomplishments. Responsible to achieve technical accomplishments and to master multiple aspects of the domain and to prove potential for broadening quickly into related fields of technology Accountable to handle diversified activities with conflicting interaction, and able to resolve conflicting requirements Accountable to upgrade and adapt his/her competence, to be a major source of technical ideas and information through a clear external focus and actively building and maintaining a network of relevant experts internally and at customers Accountable to impact directly the company’s business success (turnover/revenue) through product and technology innovations demonstrating strong own viewpoints. Responsible to contribute significantly and ongoing to Nexperia technology: recognized contribution to technology roadmaps, and innovative projects in support of the BG business Responsible to create a regular stream of publications, presentations and “white papers” and some patents awarded Accountable to build Nexperia wide level of competence by spreading his/her knowledge and providing mentorship to engineers at all levels. What you will need: Expert knowledge of semiconductor IC design and semiconductor technology. Masters multiple aspects of the IC design and technology domain and a proves potential for broadening quickly into related fields of technology High ability to judge new technologies concerning their possible application for Nexperia A major source of technical ideas and information through a clear external focus and a direct impact on Nexperia success through technical innovation Delivering on commitment – always demonstrating full accountability for own work package / project deliverables Actively looking for opportunities to reduce TTM Showing critical judgement, entrepreneurial mindset and contribute to building ‘winning teams’ Is sensitive to and show respect for different cultures, values and ways of doing things; adapts own approach and style appropriately.
