Payscale : $.56-$.66cpm split depending on each driver's experience
Average Miles : 5500 miles weekly

Home Time : Minimum 3 weeks out, 3 days off
For every extra week a driver is out, they accrue 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home
SOB $12k - $6k per driver (less with 1 year driving experience . together)
SOB $15k-$7.5k per driver (1 full-year verifiable driving experience . together)
Equipment : 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner
$150 per hazmat load, Layover and Breakdown Pay $100, Detention Pay $12,50
