OTR Team Drivers run all 48 states, NO TOUCH FREIGHT : 80% drop&hook
Payscale : $.56-$.66cpm split depending on each driver's experience
Average Miles : 5500 miles weekly
Mileage bonus 1CPM based on Safety Utilization
Monthly Miles Completed CPM Bonus (Split) CPM Bonus (Per Driver)
- 20,000 21,999 0.02 0.01* 22,000 23,999 0.06 0.03*
- 24,000 25,999 0.10 0.05* 26,000 0.14 0.07*
Home Time : Minimum 3 weeks out, 3 days off
For every extra week a driver is out, they accrue 1 extra day at home, with a max of 7 days at home
SOB $12k - $6k per driver (less with 1 year driving experience . together)
