What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floater Mentor Class A position at USA CDL Recruiting?

A floater will run / cover different dedicated lanes until one opens up that they like and they can immediately get into that lane. PLEASE make it clear that this is similar to OTR as they will be running all of our lanes (out min 2 weeks) until a dedicated lane opens up that can get them home weekly. This is perfect for the driver that wants a dedicated but willing to wait for it.

.45 CPM .10 CPM mentor pay .04 CPM performance pay = .59 CPM plus the other bonuses
