The Manager is responsible to assist with all Front-of-House functions of the theater including but not limited to: Guest Services, Servers, Bartenders, Runners, and Concessions. Provide excellent guest experience to our guest and employees and oversee the quality, and consistency of our service, food, and beverage. Responsibilities • Foster professional working relationships with direct reports, peers and direct supervisors • Provide direction, coaching and leadership for all employees • Manages and supervises servers and food runners. Ensures all employees are providing excellent customer service, delivering food on-time to guests and following the Cinepolis USA service model. • Ensures that facilities are clean, safe and in proper working order by adhering to company cleaning policy • Perform daily opening, mid and closing operational duties • Assist General Manager with various tasks • Assist as necessary with the preparation and follow through of special and private events • Practice proactive guest management by recognizing opportunities before they occur, resolving the ones that do and leaving the guest with a positive experience portraying a positive company image at all times • Communicate regularly with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager regarding employee issues and complaints • Attend and participate in meetings and trainings • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 years of bar or restaurant management • 1 years of management experience • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and traversing stairs on a frequent basis • Ability to lift 25lbs-50lbs • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends Desired Qualifications • 1 years of theatre experience • 1 years experience as a projectionist • 1 years experience managing a team comprised of 20 or more staff members Who You Are • A leader who desires to inspire • Professional with a positive can do it attitude • Exhibits strong written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrates good judgement and problem solving skills • Equally comfortable communicating, negotiating, and working with guests, peers, direct reports, vendors or partners • Guest Satisfaction ROCKSTAR • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and delegate projects and tasks simultaneously • Holds self and others accountable to consistently maintain high performance standards • HUNGRY, HUMBLE, SMART Working Conditions & Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
