Job Posting for Production Expeditor at USA Fastener Group, Inc.
The Production Expeditor will coordinate the flow of work and materials between departments as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Issues and Receives Purchase Orders to outside processing, raw material, and tooling vendors
Coordinate and track movement of purchase orders with the outside vendors to ensure on-time delivery
Coordinate all expedited orders through the process and shipments to customers.
Receive and Tag all incoming raw material.
Manage Production expediting report.
Serves as point of contact between Production and Planning Teams
Qualifications:
2 years previous experience in expediting orders working in a manufacturing environment with production, planning, or other related fields.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work well in team.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience in MRP systems is a plus.
