What are the responsibilities and job description for the High Performance/ National Teams Intern position at USA Football?
The U.S. National Teams Football Operations - Intern will work with USA Football staff on a variety of High Performance and U.S. National Team initiatives including coach management/logistics, athlete selection, athlete database creation & management. This position will work with USA Football’s current high performance and national teams department to implement efficiencies and strategies for all scheduled events and programs. This includes, but is not limited to, pre-event sales, logistical planning, on-site implementation, and post event follow up tasks as assigned.
Ideal candidates would have the following skills :
Extensive football operations experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Detailed-oriented and able to work independently required
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and
Google Docs applications
Quick learner and willingness to assist in other tasks as assigned
