MAJOR FUNCTION
The purpose of this role is to support the Benefits Administration for all Nilfisk Employees in the US. It is also part of the role to support the global and local HR processes in the new HR Operating Model and act as a change champion regarding the new ways of working.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
40% - Support US & Canada Benefits Administration
30% - Support Local HR with administrative activities
10% - Be a Superuser for our HR ERP system
10% -Support the coordination of the global HR processes locally
5% - Be the Change Champion for our new HR Operating Model
5% - Educate Employees and Managers on the HR processes used in our ERP system
EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of experience in US Benefits and HR Administration.
KNOWLEDGE & PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge on US Benefits
Knowledge on US HR
Can do attitude
Process oriented thinking
Proactive
Easily working in a global team including cultural differences
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Strong excel skills
Workday knowledge preferred, but not required
ServiceNow or any other ticketing system knowledge preferred, but not required
