Job Description: Essential Job Functions: Assist in digital assurance assessments and SOC audits under the guidance of senior team members. Support the development and maintenance of digital security and risk management policies. Collaborate with team members to ensure project success and compliance with regulations and standards. Execute SOC audit plans and document findings, Support developing and verifying accuracy of content within SOC audit reports and continuous monitoring activities. Learn and apply audit and compliance best practices. Review, analyze, and interpret data collected from multiple sources to ensure valid conclusions from audit testing are drawn. Build and develop relationships both internally and externally with clients and control partners to help drive strategic objectives with the business and effectively challenge business action plans. Prior work experience in auditing, project management, developing processes and procedures and the methodologies to ensure compliance, required. Prior work experience with SOC audits, SSAE 18 and ISAE 3402/3000 attestation standards, are a plus. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), are a plus Tasks fulfilled by this role can include supporting “non-routine” tasks that result from special events occurring during the audit cycle, which may result in have negative SOC audit outcomes if not addressed – both globally and for specific customer accounts. This position is key in facilitating the following activities throughout the annual audit cycle, including both proactive and responsive effort: • New SOC report scoping requests, data gathering related to in-scope systems, and response to sales inquiries in support of RFPs • Annual updates to Security Offering SOC Report Solution Guidance and costing tools • Supporting the preparation and updating of SOC-related training presentations in DXC University • Maintaining accuracy of and timely updates to SOC information on the TPA SharePoint site, a global DXC resource for information on SOC reporting • Support delivery teams with client specific report issues, needed guidance or escalations • Coordinating special SOC-focused projects related to audit planning and effective control implementation • Managing effective exchange of audit events and exception data between TPA, ESIS (GRC) and Remediation teams and ensuring accuracy of related audit metrics and reporting • Leading improvement projects identified for implementation by and between DXC and the external audit firm Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
