Job Summary The Member Engagement Marketing Project Coordinator is responsible for the planning, developing and managing external, multichannel member marketing campaigns, standalone marketing assets and working with vendors and agencies to ensure brand compliance, campaign timing and overall coordination. The position is expected to be competent at writing and executing marketing plans, working within the enterprise to gain necessary approval, working closely with product owners as well as creative and digital teams, implementing the campaign and measuring/reporting on overall engagement and campaign effectiveness. Requirements DUCATION Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years’ relevant experience will be considered. EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years’ experience in external-facing marketing, communications, program management, project management, business planning, etc. Experience in marketing and/or marketing communications with proven success in project and campaign management. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILTITIES Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills required to manage multichannel, multi-phased marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and meet critical deadlines. Ability to identify and mitigate risks as it relates to the execution of a marketing campaign. Skills Responsibilities Aligns appropriate resources to successfully execute campaigns on strategy, on time and on budget., Coordinates agency work and external vendors as needed for creative concepting and creating communications pieces necessary to support member engagement objectives., End-to-end creation and management of member engagement projects., Identifies key messages regarding group products and services, then clearly communicates those messages to defined audiences., Keeps campaign content current, relevant and on brand., Writes marketing and communication plans to support member onboarding and ongoing, yearlong engagement. Certifications Insurance Agent License - Arkansas Insurance Department Security Requirements This position is identified as level three (3).
