Job Description
This is a unique full-time salary plus commission, professional position selling our Payments Solution specific to the medical/dental/veterinarian industry.
We are looking for a highly organized, energetic/enthusiastic team member who is quick and eager to learn, has excellent organizational and communication skills, works well with a vibrant team and has the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities/Duties
- Develop relationships with key management, decision makers, and influencers in medical, dental offices, veterinary clinics, animal hospitals as well as any outpatient or surgery centers where the use of Practice Management (PM) or Electronic Medical Records Software is being used.
- Execute presentations and demos. Presentations shall include a hosted demo about product specifications and details, marketing information, promotional product information, introduction, and explanation, “how to” and include the use of company provided slides, video, computer, and/or other presentation material.
- Prepare formal written quotes and/or proposals to present to new customers, in accordance to company policy regarding pricing and terms.
- Uncover and develop potential sales opportunities to increase business opportunities from lead generation and cold calling.
- Remain in contact with valued customer to provide proper information flow from USB to customer.
- Prospect and follow-up on qualified leads to sign-up new merchant accounts consistently month after month.
- Cross-sell additional products and services when applicable.
- Travel to and from client sites- Coordinate installation and training with our service team and the clients.
- Continue to develop the relationship with each client to better serve their needs.
- Identify solutions through a needs analysis and recommend products/services that best meet those needs.
- Continually learn new solutions and product offerings as they become certified.
Qualifications
Requirements
- B2B sales background a plus
- 2 or more years of outside sales experience selling a premium product in a commission driven role with a record of success.
- Strong computer skills are necessary to utilize our CRM to show sales activity and account management.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a territory of similar size and scope.
- Dental, medical, or hygiene sales experience.
- Ability to work independently and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills with proven time management skills.
- Proficient communication skills (both written and verbal) are required.
