We have an exciting opportunity to join us in supporting one of our valued customers as a Cost Estimator, Junior to work out of Washington, DC. This role will also be available for remote telework during the COVID-19 quarantine.
Support source selection proposal cost and technical evaluation and Technical Assessment Report (TAR) using defendable methodologies, and the most appropriate data to support those methodologies.
Thoroughly document findings and provide support program decisions.
Provide specific analyses support, as requested by the Government, to support Government negotiations with vendors.
Summarize and compare pricing (material, cost, price) and hours (touch, support, SEPM) recommendations of the Government and contractor throughout the negotiation process.
Independent Report Analysis: analyze independent audit agency reports such as Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA), Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), and Government Accountability Office (GAO) reports, and provide synopses of issues, concerns, and risks.
Cost Analysis Requirements Document (CARD) Support: Develop, update, review and maintain program CARD data. Maintain documentation and provide products that integrate cost, schedule, technical, and risk requirements into a single document to be used by the program office and other organizations to perform program analyses.

Required Skills:
- 1 year experience of DoD/Navy financial or program mangement
Desired Skills:
- Over 1 year experience of DoD/Navy financial managementDoD/Navy Cost Estimating or BFM experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook)
Education:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university
Clearance: Secret
