USPI Williamson Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Business Office Rep to join our team. We have 4 OR rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in ENT, General, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Pain Management, Podiatry, Spinal, Urology. We are looking for a candidate to be available Monday-Friday, schedule subject to changed based on surgical schedule and flow of day. Candidate needs to be available for some early mornings and later evenings.
JOB SUMMARY: Business Office Representative is responsible for covering any aspect of the business office necessary. Many duties include Accounts Payable, scheduling back-up, insurance verification back-up, registration relief/mail, and accounts receivable. Successful candidate will possess outstanding multi-tasking abilities, communication and teamwork as well as the ability to keep up in a fast-paced working environment.

Required Skills:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-4 years of hospital, ASC or Medical Office experience required.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way.
- Ability to use time wisely in preparing work area to meet high-paced demand.
- Show a genuine desire to work and improve the hospital as a whole.
- Extreme multi- tasker
- Strong medical terminology.
- Must demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer service skills.
