We are looking for a top-performer with solid knowledge to fill our Operating Room Circulator Nurse position. Our environment can be fast paced with multiple procedures, steady-going with complex surgical procedures or a mixture of both. The SurgCenter of St. Lucie is driven to reach the highest patient quality and patient satisfaction outcomes in Florida. We have an excellent team in place and are seeking excellent candidates to complement our OR staff.
Experienced in supporting in the following specialties: Ortho, Spine, Pain, Podiatry and Total Joints

Required Skills:

Required Experience:
EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Current Florida Nursing License
Current CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
CNOR preferred
Strong operating room nurse experience required
Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems and correct errors.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, staff, physicians, vendors and the public.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Demonstrates accountability, professionalism, openness, receptive to change, creativity and innovative.
Ability to adapt to change quickly, strong knowledge base relative to surgical procedures
Perform excellent management of the operative patient
Understands principles of aseptic technique with implementation
Ability to care for patients from pediatric to geriatrics
Excellent standing with the Florida Board of Nursing
Willingness to perform necessary downtime work
Willingness to learn new tasks

Salary : $75,600 - $95,700
