Oro Valley Surgical Suites is an orthopedic & spine ambulatory surgical center serving the greater Tucson area. Our high-energy staff provides exceptional care M-F, NO Holidays, NO Weekends, and NO Call! This is a fabulous and unique opportunity for a clinically well-rounded Circulator to join our dedicated team of professionals! This is a full-time position.

Job Summary:
The OR Scrub/Circulator Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing activities related to care of the patient experiencing an operative or other invasive procedure. Scrub/Circulator OR nurses work within the operating suite but outside of the sterile field; required to scrub and manage effectively the preparation of operating instruments and equipment within the sterile field as well. The staff member can expect to care for adult patients and their cope of patient’s services will vary along many diverse case lines.
The ideal candidate will be focused on excellent customer service, have the ability to multi-task, the ability to show flexibility in assignments, maintain scrupulous infection control standards, maintain professional competencies and have the ability to work as part of an interdependent multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Nurse with an unrestricted license in the state
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Must have at least 2 years' previous experience as an OR Circulator
- Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred
- Must have current BLS
- Must possess a strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient
- Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
