USPI Baylor Medical Center at Trophy Club, is seeking a motivated Respiratory Therapist to join our team. Located just west of Grapevine, TX off of Highway 114, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club has been a top choice for local physicians that serves all people through exemplary health care and community service. We are a joint venture between Baylor Scott & White Health, Tenet Healthcare, United Surgical Partners International, and local physicians. We perform over 7,000 procedures and have 9 operating suites with 21 inpatient rooms, and an emergency department open 24/7 with an ED physician on-site.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for performing the respiratory care needs for assigned patients. The Respiratory Therapist shall assume responsibility for implementing and assessing the therapeutic needs of the patients. The therapist is responsible for the dispersing of respiratory interventions, also to outline the roles and responsibilities determined necessary and essential for the delivery of services and care to the patient population served by Baylor Surgical Medical Center at Trophy Club.

Required Skills:
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ critical care hospital Respiratory Therapy
Registry-eligible CRT/RRT
Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Department of Health
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Obtain PALS certification within 90 days
Independent decision making skills
