You Are

UST is searching for a Linux Engineer who will be working independently to leverage product knowledge to provide functional component ownership with technical and product expertise for the team.

The Opportunity

• Conduct performance benchmarks and testing on on-premises servers and in the cloud at our client's site.
• Utilize a mix of industry-standard benchmarks, in-house tasks, and internally-developed projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams at the client's location to analyze performance data and provide insights for optimization.
• Compile applications within a Linux environment to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
• Deploy open-source applications to both on-premises servers and cloud environments.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics using various tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize and tune open-source applications for enhanced performance.
• Integrate data analytics techniques to extract actionable insights from performance data.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, particularly in deep learning solutions.

What You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with Linux, BASH scripting, and Python scripting.
• 1 years of experience deploying open-source applications to on-premises servers or the cloud.
• 1 year of experience compiling applications within a Linux environment.
• 1 years of experience with performance analyzing monitoring tools.
• 1 years of experience with performance tuning and optimization of open-source applications.
• 1 years of experience with deep learning solutions.
