In coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor, the Housing Maintenance Leader’s primary responsibility is to ensure that all vacated apartments and residential hall rooms are thoroughly inspected, tracked and restored to a “Market Ready” condition or status in a timely, consistent manner and according to the needs of the leasing and marketing departments’ set and adjusted timetables.Additionally, the Housing Maintenance Leader will participate in the Centennial Court Apartment Complex’s quarterly inspections, work with campus partners and staff from Centennial Court to address safety and security deficiencies, and communicate known deficiencies to the Maintenance Supervisors.BENEFITS AT UTAWe are proud to offer a comprehensive benefits package to all our employees at the University.To help you understand the full value of these benefits, we have created a tool that calculates the total worth of your compensation package.
