Project Manager

The Project Manager will assist in capital project management operations during the planning, development, design, construction, close-out, and warranty phases. They will ensure projects comply with the Owner's Project Requirements, campus standards, and contract documents and provide project quality assurance during construction. The project portfolio will include complex mid- to large-sized higher education academic and research buildings exceeding $10 million. This position is required to interface with faculty, staff, and administrators from a variety of colleges and departments, project representatives, and various professional consultants, contractors, vendors, and other related parties.
