The Talent Development Consultant implements and facilitates the execution of learning & development, and diversity and inclusion strategies that create and foster an open and inclusive work environment throughout the organization. This individual will promote and embed awareness and understanding of UTA’s diversity and inclusion vision throughout training and leadership development programs. Responsible for in-person and virtual delivery, team workshops, needs assessments, new content creation, and course evaluation.
