The Shift Lead ensures appropriate staffing levels are maintained and coordinates radio assignments. An ideal candidate for the Dispatch Shift Lead position should be able to demonstrate an understanding and experience in the following: training and development, engagement in quality improvement initiatives, conflict resolution, community engagement, critical incident management, professional development and others.
