What are the responsibilities and job description for the Travel Technician position at Ute Mountain Ute Tribe?
Summary: This Full-Time position will provide services in all aspects of travel for Tribal employees and Tribal members. This includes but is not limited to booking hotel and rental car reservations, conference registrations, computing mileage and meal per diem.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Some college courses preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of office experience.
Pass background check prior to employment.
Ability to do multiple projects simultaneously.
Understanding of travel policy and resolution.
Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Software. Telecommunication System, and Online reservation systems.
Valid drivers license, and current First Aid and CPR certification.
Job Type: Full-time
