Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service;
Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment;
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits;
Inspect equipment, tools, and machinery regularly, and oversee general maintenance when necessary;
Keep up-to-date on the latest federal and state safety regulations;
Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment;
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
A valid, unrestricted Driver’s License;
Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker;
Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods;
Good organizational and time management skills;
