POSITION SUMMARY:
To maintain the organization’s supply room; to order, fill and deliver all medical and clinical form supply orders to various organization personnel
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
I. Education:
High School education
II. Experience:
Two to four years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS:
I. Performance Standards:
- Plan, coordinate and carry out all daily supply room operations.
- Receive, screen, price, sort, and process all medical and clinical form supply orders.
- Assemble and deliver supply orders to organization staff/departments
- Take weekly inventories of supplies.
- Determine amounts of regular stock to be ordered so as to maintain adequate inventory on hand; order supplies.
- Receive, check in and stock incoming orders, matching bills with invoices.
- Sign in/out clinical equipment.
- Package hazardous materials and ensure pick up, following all required procedures.
- Assemble special equipment and supply packages for clinical staff.
- Arrange for equipment repair by outside vendors.
- Organize and maintain a variety of files and records related to all assigned tasks. Compile information on supply use as requested.
- Assist in evaluating and improving supply room operating policies and procedures.
- Photocopy clinical forms as needed.
- Orient new staff to medical supplies procedures.
- Stock clinical bags for home visiting staff, including per diem bags.
- Responsible for Care map forms inventory
- Prepare medical supplies needed for Flu Clinics
- Moderate to minimal supervision is received from the VP of Clinical Services.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
