This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, 5 days per week. Every other weekend is required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! As a Lead Culinary Call Center Representative, you’ll play a strong role in Culinary Services by overseeing patient meal orders in the call center. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills are a must! If you enjoy problem solving and decision making, this is the role for you. Use your customer service skills and knowledge of clinical diets and allergens in this position.
We are seeking a Lead Culinary Call Center Representative to:
- Provide a high level of customer service by processing patient’s meal requests in compliance with the physicians’ diet orders, nutrition needs as assessed by the registered dietitian-nutritionists, food allergies and department’s room service program.
- Share your knowledge of clinical diets and allergens, you’ll learn 40 modified diets, enteral tube feeding products and oral nutrition supplements.
- Observe workflows, investigate process improvements and make recommendations to management.
Education :
Minimum – High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree
Work Experience :
Minimum – Two (2) years of experience in an Administrative Support or related position
Preferred - Two (2) years of experience in a call center and/or background in nutrition
Licenses and Certifications :
Preferred - ServSafe
