What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order handler position at V R Della Infotech Inc?
Performs various tasks related to picking, packing, and shipping product orders. Work is performed adjacent to conveyors which shift product from station to station.
Processes are continuous. Production goals are set for the picking modules. Employee assignments will rotate on a weekly basis.

Order Handler (A) :
Auditing Verifying the contents order. Involves unpacking & repacking cartons.
Dunnage Add packing materials or dunnage.
EComm Picking & Packing dunnage
OPEX Picking Picking & packing cartons from goods-to-person automation
Picking Performed in pick modules, exceptions, or manual pick.
OPEX Replenishing Replenishing cartons at the unit level into goods-to-person automation
Essential Functions :
Order Handler A
1. Use of computer audit stations.
2. Identify and reconcile picking errors using Exacta audit station; visual inspection of labels / cartons.
3. Use tool to split unit or case packs when necessary
4. Perform picking of finished product from flow rack to cartons : bar code scanning. For ECOM, perform picking of finished product from flow rack into pick carts.

5. Pack finished goods following established procedures to ensure accuracy and damage free shipments; places on a conveyor belt;
apply packing slips to cartons; label per DOT regulations.
6. Operate in a team environment using recommended techniques.
7. Maintain standard productivity level within the guidelines of the department.
8. Follow all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMP s).
10. Perform various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.
11. Able to work all shifts and overtime / weekend work as required.
