What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Solutions Strategist position at V12?
V12 is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to support the Sales team with a passion for data, marketing and finding strategic solutions for our client’s business challenges.

- Work closely with the sales and operations team to design and measure multi-channel campaigns
Key Responsibilities:
- Be experienced with first- and third-party data to be able to design and recommend segmented audience solutions to clients
- Ability to develop marketing strategies and programs, develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), track KPIs with engagement and attribution data with the goal of recommending optimizations to programs
- Develop and write business reviews and presentations that demonstrate the impact on program efforts
- Client facing journey; taking a client from a prospect to strategy program development, onboarding, program execution, reporting through to optimization
- Ability to develop strong relationships with multiple clients
- Lead critical strategic research and analytics efforts and create foundational documentation (briefs, project plans, current state assessments)
Qualifications:
- Account management across multiple clients
- Experience with developing strategic marketing solutions across multiple channels (email, digital and direct mail) using data as your guide
- Ability to review post deployment metrics; both engagement and attribution reporting with the ability to recommend strategic optimizations
- Excellent social skills, project coordination experience and the ability to work well with all levels, including senior management and project stakeholders, as well as with outside clients
- Problem solver
- Naturally inclined to learn, ask questions, and understand the why. Communicates effectively with team members
- Work with cross-functional teams with the ability to learn, understand and “translate” to all key stakeholders the strategic goals of the program
- Proven track record of client retention and ability to recommend products and solutions
- Adaptive to change with the openness and ability to embrace new ways of working and thinking
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, agency and/or client-side experience is a plus
- Hands on experience with the strategy and execution of digital campaigns
- Understanding of third-party and first-party data and the role each plays in multi-channel campaign
- Superior attention to detail, while dealing with complex projects and time-sensitive materials
- Experience working with C-Suites is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office software
