Skills & Job Responsibilities:
- Administering, deploying, implementing, and maturing Privileged Access Management using CyberArk.
- Experience in user access provisioning using RSA IGL system
- Active Directory administration of users and groups using ADUC (Active Directory Users and Computers)
- Good understanding of entire CyberArk infrastructure Enterprise Password Vault (EPV), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), Central Credential Provider (CCP) and Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP).
- Handle all the support tickets related to CyberARK Privileged Access Management tool.
- Work with IT team in helping with any cyberark resource request to assist in password resets, reconcilliations and other account onboarding requests in cyberark.
- Experience with Implementation of authentication of CyberArk using LDAP and RSA.
- Manage Safes, Policies, roles, and permissions to access various systems, including windows servers, UNIX servers, Databases, Networking Devices, and applications.
- Support and Administration of PIM tools.
- Implementing & Managing Master Policy, Directory Mapping, LDAP integration, Platform and Safe via Private Ark client & PVWA.
- Gather CyberArk Plugin requirements for custom apps and make sure they are developed, installed, tested, and configured correctly.
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting CyberArk Plugins for technology platforms such as Windows, NIX, Oracle, SQL.
- Plugin testing and validation with vendor created plugins.
- Experience managing CyberArk in a High-Availability environment
- Experience onboarding shared and privileged Accounts into CyberArk.
- Experience with access management policies and procedures
- Good understanding of networking concepts and managing CyberArk in a highly secure environment
- Experience in interfacing with Architects, Cloud Engineers, Developers, and System Administrators to implement CyberArk.
- Experience providing continuous ongoing operations and maintenance support, including certificate upgrades, releases, version updates, and security vulnerabilities.
- Operationally competent with CyberArk and able to translate technical issues to a business audience.
- Monitoring and analyzing system logs for potential security issues.
- Experience in hardening CyberArk component servers.
- Hands on Windows and Linux system administration experience.
- Hands on Active Directory administration of users and groups using ADUC (Active Directory Users and Computers)
- Functional understanding of following protocols: TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SSL
- Effective verbal and written communication skills that include the ability to describe highly technical concepts in non-technical terms.
