As HR IT Analyst/Technical Project Manager you will align with functional team on reporting requirements/inbound imports to integration format from upstream HR systems (e.g. Oracle HCM), and will partner with vendor to determine necessary tables and data configuration for outbound integration. You will develop reports to align with design, assist with security protocols.
During SIT (system integration testing) and UAT (user access testing) stages, you will lead the Business testing, validate report output with functional team, provide support and issue resolution. You will also participate in Go-live Support and offer user guidance on the assets delivered.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience with Time and Attendance systems or HR system user (super user)
- Strong Project Management skill set with a result driven attitude of not only moving forward with their tasks but supports IT SMEs in the team with PM tasks
- At least 1 year hands-on experience with at least two of the following: UNIX, Windows Server Administration, Kronos, Infor, Oracle HCM or Financials, and SQL, Access DB
- Business knowledge related to the Time and Attendance and Payroll functions preferred
- Proven quality focus in providing customer-driven products, services and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a global team environment and to guide others/vendors in a directed effort to complete medium to large-sized projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multi functions and teams in the technical and/or business aspects of HR information systems
- Proficiency in utilizing personal/business productivity tools including but not limited to the Microsoft Office suite of products and Lotus Notes groupware products.
- Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces
