What we're looking for
Vacasa is looking for a Referral Program Lead to support growing our Referral Programs to increase program awareness and lead volume through implementation of projects and initiatives. Primarily responsible for supporting planning and execution against program strategies to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed time frames and resources.
What you'll do
- Ability to execute on strategic referral growth initiatives with minimal direction
- Develop, and support the execution process of different referral growth tactics to increase referral awareness and opportunities
- Work cross functionally to ensure referral programs are integrated with existing marketing and communication efforts
- Work with analytics teams to request & ensure development of reporting needs required to measure performance against program goals
- Understand and provide recommendations to enhance the referrers user experience
- Responsible for managing and updating all referral program landing pages/submission forms
- Research & develop new partnership opportunities to increase awareness and participation with Vacasa Professional & Real Estate Agent referrals
- Track referral program budgets
- Coordinate with our internal portfolio team to ensure a smooth transition of existing referral programs
- Leverage Vacasa tools and proprietary data, and subject matter experts to increase awareness of Vacasa referral programs
- Organize and execute yearly surveys to different referring partners for feedback collection and refinement
- Responsible for ensuring Vacasa employees are well trained and aware of the different referral programs by coordinating with the Employee Experience team. This includes management of all process documentation to ensure the most up to date information is being communicated across the company.
Skills you'll need
- Proven ability to lead the development of scalable processes, systems and workflows in a cross functional environment
- Ability to test and prepare data oriented summary of results
- Strong organizational skills
- Background in project or program management preferred
- Experience in real estate and/or property management required, basic understanding of real estate transactions and referrals required.
- Passion for transparency, simplicity, and clarity
- Demonstrated project management experience. (minimum of 2-years project management experience)
- Ability to actively listen and provide exceptional support to real estate agents
