Flight Operations Agent

Responsibilities

Day to day maintenance of scheduled air and charter flights to include ticketing, schedule changes, contract interpretation, working queues and problem solving.

  • Willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Ability to see the “big picture” when working on a reservation, not just the air component

Job Requirements and Experience:

  • Proficient with booking, changing, and exchanging air records
  • Must have GDS experience, Amadeus preferred
  • Working with schedule changes, reaccommodation and customer advisement
  • Good mathematical and general accounting knowledge
  • Understanding of the Travel and Tourism marketplace
  • Overall knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel

This position requires extensive GDS knowledge. A strong work ethic and desire to learn are musts! The ideal candidate will take notes and display a passion to be part of our team. A high-energy multitasker would be very successful in this role. In addition, punctuality and dependability are of the utmost importance.
