Summary of Responsibilities
At Enjoi Resorts Worldwide as a Sales Executive you will meet face to face with potential owners and utilize your unique personality and passion to engage with families to help articulate all the benefits of vacationing and traveling using one or more of our numerous vacation products.
Together we will continue to help enhance the travel experience for everyone that comes through our doors at Enjoi Resorts Worldwide.
Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible for following Enjoi Resorts Worldwide policies and procedures, and upholding company standards.
· Generate sales by following proper Enjoi’s sales processes, scripts, techniques and closing skills.
· Learn to and become effective at overcoming objections.
· Act as concierge and provide local information to enhance travelers' experience.
· Be positive and professional.
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Stay current on Enjoi’s Resorts Worldwide offerings and portfolio of products.
· Stay at or above Enjoi’s minimum standards of performance metrics. Qualifications
- No experience required.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and discipline to execute.
- Outgoing personality and Positive attitude.
