VRA is actively hiring a facility coordinator for our South Lake Tahoe, CA warehouse. South Lake Tahoe, Stateline, Zephyr Cove, Carson City, Gardnerville / Minden residents welcome!

JOB SUMMARY

•  Folding Laundry: This is the jobs primary responsibility. Unpacking, folding, and packing laundry bags for field staff who are in the field. Prepping laundry bags with the correct amount of each towel and sheet, and having it ready for each morning / days scheduled services
• Ordering supplies and equipment
•  Working with vendors: placing laundry orders to ensure you have enough in the warehouse for each week
•  Inventory management: ensuring the warehouse has sufficient stocking materials for field staff use
•  Organizing supplies and laundry / coordinating deliveries
  
•  Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment
• This position is flexible, independent, and can be done at any hour of the day - work around your own schedule

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• To be able to comfortably and consistently push, pull, move, and/or lift up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 3 feet and be able to push, pull, move and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 10 feet 
• Basic proficiency with computer and phone applications
• Warehouse experience a plus but not necessary
• Professional and clear communication
