What are the responsibilities and job description for the Renovation Specialist position at Vacazon?
Immediately hiring for a professional renovation specialist. We need someone who is a jack of all trades and has all of their own tools preferably.
Job will entail:
- Carpentry
- Redoing stairs including putting in Balusters
- Putting in wooden window sills
- Placing door trims & opening 1 door way to make it larger
- Installing a few doors & door locks
- Installing Laminate floors with the clips and membrane
- Redoing sheetrock of 1 bathroom
- Renovating the plumbing for new bathroom
- Other renovation items in a home
Must be legally able to work in the United States & clean criminal background.
Pay Rate: $20-$30 per hour; depending on experience
