What are the responsibilities and job description for the Campus Support Technician position at Vaco Technology?
You'll be responsible for supporting the company's end user community as a member of the team, across all corporate campuses. This role will ensure our end users, especially our executives, receive prompt attention and resolution of their technology needs. The responsibilities include managing procedures related to identifying, prioritizing, and resolving end-user requests as well as monitoring, tracking, and coordinating White Glove supported upgrades and projects. Support activities include Microsoft products, mobile device management, end-user compute platforms, applications, networks, phone systems, audio/video conference equipment and general technical support of end users, specifically focused on our executives. The role will be based on-site at our corporate office in Mooresville, North Carolina, and by phone for remote office users. This role will communicate at every level of the enterprise, including C-level.

- Must be comfortable in assisting top level executives in high stress situations, while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a phone support service desk environment, as well as a remote and onsite support function.
- Must have at least 4 years of strong in person help desk experience, including experience supporting executives.
