We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in SQL, Tableau, ETL processes, and advanced Excel skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create new custom reports and modify existing reports as needed using Tableau reporting tool
- Gather, analyze and interpret data to generate insightful reports and actionable recommendations
- Interpret data sets to identify trends, patterns and correlations that drive strategic business decisions
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and streamline data visualization techniques
- Ensure accuracy, reliability and integrity of data through rigorous quality checks and validation procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of Data Analytics Experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expertise in Tableau for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Experience in Amazon RDS
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
