Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and governmental sectors.
- Conduct cold calls and field visits to develop strong business relationships.
- Demonstrate and promote our high-quality construction equipment and products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to territory development.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, health insurance, 401(k), and PTO.
- Company vehicle or allowance, and gas card.
- A collaborative and supportive team environment focused on long-term success.
- Direct or related experience in the Hydro Excavation or construction equipment industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience in municipal sales is a plus.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in a construction-related industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly disciplined prospector with a strong work ethic.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet functions.
