The Paint Technician is responsible for working to ensure painted parts flow through the paint area in an efficient manner with a high degree of quality. Education • High School Diploma or GED required • Industrial Powder Coating and/or experience in a factory environment is a plus Core Competencies • Ability to work as a member of a team • Detail oriented • Dependable and reliable Accountabilities • Organize parts in the planned order required by the Assembly team • Hang parts in a consistent manner • Pull carriers of parts to the front of line • Paint parts with powder paint • Label parts • Complete associated paperwork Work Conditions • Extended periods of standing, and other physically demanding conditions • Working in manufacturing plant environment • Some exposure to potentially hazourdous environments requiring protective equipment • Employee may be exposed to dust, odors, fumes and high levels of noise at times • Lifting with mechanical assistance or moving up to 50lbs may be required • Exposure to temperature fluctuations Väderstad provides modern agriculture with innovative, highly efficient agricultural machinery and methods.
