Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 Salary/year
Description
Job Description:
- Supervise window, door, skylight replacement to be done as per drawings/product approval provided.
- Manage work crews.
- Create and submit image reports of work progress
- Coordinate activities with building management
- Take accurate measurements for material orders
- Source materials necessary for window replacement
- Perform minor repairs to windows and doors when needed.
Skills:
- Window, Door, Glass, Hardware replacement
- Plan reading.
- Microsoft office.
Salary:
- $50,000 to $65,000/yr depending on experience.
Physical Requirements:
Examples:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
